Not your everyday Glucosamine & Chondroitin Product
InvigoFlex® AMPM is not your typical Glucosamine and Chondroitin product. While others combine both Glucosamine and Chondroitin within the same formulation, we developed a unique schedule that allows both ingredients to be taken together - but not combined - keeping both ingredients at full bioavailability.
The big problem with most joint products on the market today is that they combine Glucosamine and Chondroitin formulation into the same pill. While in theory, such products would produce better results since they offer both ingredients, however, the truth is, the effectiveness of Glucosamine and Chondroitin supplements depends heavily on the dosing, quality and even timing of the ingredients. This is why InvigoFlex® AMPM has a specific schedule intended to allow our combination of ingredients to work in harmony with one another and capture the full effect of Glucosamine Sulfate and Chondroitin Sulfate ingredients. There is a total of (4) caplets, in which two (2) AM pills are taken in the morning and the remaining two (2) PM pills are taken in the evening (10 to 12 hours later).

Glucosamine Sulfate
While many products today use different versions of Glucosamine, such as Glucosamine Hydrochloride, InvigoFlex® GS specifically uses Glucosamine Sulfate as it has been proven in many different studies. Glucosamine Sulfate is one of the most popular and proven ingredients used to help with joint discomfort.
As a natural ingredient, Glucosamine Sulfate is essential in maintaining cartilage in the joints while defending, strengthening, and promoting overall joint flexibility. Glucosamine Sulfate has also been investigated for its ability to modify underlying cartilaginous degeneration in joints, and therefore to potentially provide relief to patients. The majority of studies have demonstrated the ability of Glucosamine Sulfate to alleviate symptoms of joint discomfort due to overexertion and exercise as well as support joint function and cartilage. Glucosamine Sulfate has been used in many pre-clinical and clinical studies. Leading medical journals have cautioned that without head-to-head trials, other glucosamine products, like Glucosamine hydrochloride (HCI), may not provide the same benefits as Glucosamine Sulfate.
Chondroitin Sulfate
It is rarely asked what type of Chondroitin Sulfate is being used. Is it proven? Is it safe? How much purity does it have? With InvigoFlex® CS, we set out to include the very best Chondroitin ingredient. Our Chondroitin Sulfate is one of the most researched on the market. It was used in more than 40 preclinical, clinical and epidemiological studies.
The typical Chondroitin Sulfate that you find in the market today may use different chemical structures, especially on the levels of richness, molecular weight, dosages and impurity profiles. This means, you may find Chondroitin Sulfate ingredients that do not contain the recommended dosage of 1,200 mg and may contain purity levels of 90% or worse. Our Chondroitin Sulfate uses the recommended dosage found to be the most effective in studies while also containing max purity levels of 95% - 105%.
Boswellia Serrata
A relatively new ingredient to the joint market is Boswellia Serrata. Also known as Indian Franincense, Boswellia Serrata, a plant and natural extract, has been shown to have many different health applications, including supporting joint health.
It's natural properties have also been known to have anti-inflammatory properties as well as antioxidant benefits and may even help with reducing pain from overexertion and exercise. The benefits of Boswellia Serrata have been validated and confirmed in multiple clinical studies. The gum resin of Boswellia Serrata is valued as a source of healthful "phytonutrients". Such extracts are used as ingredients in dietary supplements and cosmetics, to support healthy aging. However, the most popular use of Boswellia Serrata is in joint health as it supports normal joint functions and mobility.
Curcumin (Turmeric)
Curcumin, also known as Turmeric, has a long history of uses to address many different health conditions, including supporting joint health. It is a plant that grows in India and Indonesia and is related to the ginger family. Curcumin has been known to contain anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and can help with exercise related pain, stiffness, and physical function.
It is important to remember that not all curcumin ingredients are alike. Ordinary curcumin is difficult for the body to absorb. Bioavailability is key maximum absorption. Our extract was shown to be about two times faster and approximately 29 times more bioavailable than curcuminoids form unformulated curcuminoid mixtures. In addition, our specific form of Curcumin is considered the most studied turmeric extract with 30+ studies involving over 2000 individuals.
Directions
In the morning take two (2) caplets together with water, preferably with food, from the AM bottle. Then, on the same day, between 10 and 12 hours after the AM pills, take two (2) caplets together with water, preferably with food, from the PM bottle.
Due to its mechanism of action, the product may take 1-2 weeks, or possibly longer, to notice any effects. Optimal effects on joint mobility have been observed after 12 weeks of daily administration.
