Do Your Joints hurt…. now what?

Joints are extremely critical for the body as they allow for overall movement. They are the physical points in which two bones are connected and are located all over the body in places, such as, hands, knees, skull, and hips.
They consist of connective tissue which are fibrous matter or collagen (ligaments, tendons, and cartilage) and synovial joints which are freely movable joints and are surrounded by sacs that contain synovial fluid for lubrication of joints.
There are a variety of ways you can keep your joints healthy overall!
Exercise & Stretching
Exercise for those suffering from joint discomfort seems odd at first, but optimal joint health depends on it. Try incorporating workouts that are both aerobic and weight training in nature to grow muscles and to get blood flowing in areas around the joints. This will ensure adequate oxygen and nutrition gets to the joints so they can work better for you. Also, if you have excess weight, aerobic exercising can help you lose fat to lessen the stress on your joints.
Tai chi and yoga are also other great ways to improve your flexibility and posture as this will help to strengthen your joints. Try this stretch routine for a couple days a week but do not overdo it.
Taking supplements
Supplements give the body nutrients that we otherwise do not obtain from our food. Taking a daily supplement is one of the best options available to manage overall joint health. A popular ingredient found in many supplements is Glucosamine as it provides support to joint function and cartilage health. However, some people do not like that it derives from shellfish. Glucosamine has so many different forms. It is hard to find to right version.
However, InvigoFlex GS contains a specific type of Glucosamine called Glucosamine Sulfate. But, unlike other Glucosamine’s, InvigoFlex GS is shellfish free and vegetarian safe. As a dietary supplement, it uses the powerful combination of Glucosamine Sulfate along with Boswellia Serrata to support joint function and cartilage health.
Boswellia Serrata is a relatively new ingredient to the joint market. Known as Indian Frankincense, Boswellia Serrata is a plant and natural extract that has been shown to have many different health applications, including supporting joint health. Its natural properties have also been known to have ant-inflammatory properties, as well as antioxidant benefits.
The combination of both Glucosamine Sulfate and Boswellia Serrata help to give both advanced support to joint function and cartilage health. If you want a more active lifestyle, add InvigoFlex GS to your daily routine!
